A real-world understanding of how brands are built, audiences reached, and products sold

IgnitED Marketing, Sales, & Brand Management

Marketing, Sales & Branding gives students a creative, real-world understanding of how brands are built, audiences reached, and products sold. Young professionals visit live workplaces and are led through workshops to see how marketing works behind the scenes — from strategy to content to analytics.

The week begins with an introduction to brand identity and walk through local high streets to explore how physical spaces shape consumer perception. Across the week, participants build campaigns, craft brand identities, and practise pitching with clarity and confidence. Two challenges — one focused on sustainability, one on AI — push students to innovate within fast-changing commercial landscapes. On the final day, we collaborate with other strands in a cross-subject innovation lab, contributing communication and storytelling skills to bigger, bolder concepts.

The programme will tie the three commercial strands together, revealing marketing not just as persuasion, but as a powerful way to connect people to ideas, help shape stories, and solve provide solutions.
