The Arts

A unique exploration of fields and disciplines that shape the creative industries

IgnitED The Arts

IgnitED’s Arts programme offers a hands-on dive into the creative industries, from fine art and performance, to digital media and design. Participants broaden their understanding of creative practices, discovering creativity in everything from TikToks and games to fashion and podcast sound design.

Led by an experienced artistic mentor, participants explore how art connects with environment and community—and the real-world roles that bring creative work to life. They visit two leading creative institutions, engaging with studios and faculty to gain first-hand insight into diverse career pathways across the arts.

Alongside practical advice on post-school opportunities, we spark fresh conversations about what creative careers can look like today.

By week’s end, participants see creativity not just as self-expression, but as a opportunity for professional storytelling, design, and creativity.
