IgnitED Education Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions outline the key policies governing bookings, payments, cancellations, conduct, and programme operations. By enrolling, you agree to these terms, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for all participants.

Please review the details carefully, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions. You can contact us by emailing info@Ignitededucation.uk or calling us on 01243 118515.

IgnitED is operated by IgnitED Education Limited, a company registered in England and whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton St, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ

Registrations

A. To secure a place, we strongly recommend submitting your booking application as early as possible to ensure your choice is available. Registrations close on 1st August 2025.

B. All registrations must be made by the parent or guardian of the participant on the programme.

C. Your place on the programme is confirmed only when we send you written confirmation that your registration has been accepted, that we can offer you a place, and the programme fees have been received.

D. We retain absolute discretion in accepting or declining applications.

E. Upon sending confirmation of your place, a contract is formed between you and IgnitED. The contract remains in effect until the programme finishing Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms. If the booking is made via an IgnitED Approved partner, the contract is formed between IgnitED and the parent/guardian — not the Approved partner.

F. The Contract is subject to these Terms, the registration form, and the confirmation. Please review all details carefully. If you believe there is an error or missing information in the Terms, booking form, or confirmation, you must notify us before submitting your application. Any agreed changes must be confirmed in writing.

G. In certain circumstances beyond our control, we may need to change the programme to another local location. If this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.

H. Where a location change is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we accept no liability for any resulting losses.

I. IgnitED is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the programme. Safeguarding personal items remains the sole responsibility of the parent /guardian and participant.

J. Parents/guardians and participants must ensure they are fully informed of the programme details before the programme Start Date. IgnitED accepts no liability if the programme does not meet expectations, provided there has been no default from the advertised offering on our part.
