IgnitED Broadening Horizons

The IngitED Broadening Horizons programme helps inform those exploring what drives them and how their values and skills can align with a meaningful career.

Participants reflect inward and look outward, engaging in sessions led by professionals across different industries. A spark might come from hearing a founder’s story, learning about legal ethics, or discovering unexpected creative opportunities.

Each session brings something an insight, a skill challenge, a personal development, all designed to help participants identify what excites them and what professional future they want to build.

Two Apprentice-style challenges (one on sustainability, one on AI) offer space for creative, team-based problem-solving. Participants leave with working knowledge across a range of industry fields, avenues to explore, broader understanding, and a better sense of what to follow.
